Terms and Conditions of 44br – Platform Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Registration

44br is a Sports Betting and online casino platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over residing in Brazil. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed, with balances held pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

1.1 Account Opening Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Have a valid personal email address and mobile phone number.
• Not have any other active account at 44br (only one account per individual is permitted).

1.2 Identity Verification

44br may request identity verification documents at any time, including RG, CNH, CPF, and proof of address. This verification is mandatory for the release of withdrawals above certain amounts or when irregular account activity is suspected. The user has up to 72 hours to respond to the document request, failing which the account may be temporarily suspended.

2. Your 44br Account

Each user may have only one active account at 44br. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits is considered fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with complete forfeiture of any available balance.

2.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your 44br account. This includes bets, deposits, withdrawals, and changes to your registration details. 2.2 Updating Your Details

It is the user's responsibility to keep their registration details up to date. Full name, CPF, date of birth, and Pix withdrawal key must match exactly the information on file for the account holder. 44br does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts under any circumstances.

3. Deposits & Payments

4.2 Bonus Balance and Rollover

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus may be used only once per account, CPF, or residential address.
• The welcome bonus is exclusive to new users on their first deposit.
• 44br reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse or the creation of multiple accounts is suspected.
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically removed from the account with no compensation.
• The bonus balance is used automatically once the available real-money balance is exhausted.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

44br's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 300.00. To activate the bonus, the minimum deposit must be R$ 20.00. The rollover is 5x the bonus amount on eligible bets. 44br reserves the right to modify the welcome bonus terms at any time for new registrations, without affecting bonuses already activated.

6. Sports Betting Rules

44br covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Série B, state championships, and international tournaments), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), Formula 1, and tennis. The rules below apply to all Sports Betting placed on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are recorded by 44br's system at the moment of confirmation by the user. A confirmed bet cannot be canceled or changed by the user, except where cashout is available. 44br reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, notifying the user and returning the staked amount to the account balance.

6.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled before it begins or is not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance. Live bets on suspended events follow the same rules, unless the outcome has already been determined by the score at the time of suspension.

6.3 Live Betting and Cashout

44br offers live betting with real-time updated odds on most covered events. Cashout is available for both pre-match and live bets, allowing you to close a bet before the event ends at the value calculated by the platform at that moment. Partial cashout is also available on eligible accumulator bets. 44br may temporarily suspend cashout during highly volatile moments in a game — such as penalty shootouts or goals — without prior notice.

6.4 Betting Limits

The minimum bet on 44br is R$ 1.00 per selection. Maximum limits vary by market, event, and the user's history on the platform. 44br reserves the right to adjust individual betting limits without any obligation to provide justification to the user.

44br is not liable for third-party technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, mobile carrier outages, or banking system unavailability that may affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals. 13. Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through 44br support. In the event of voluntary closure, any real available balance will be returned via Pix or the original deposit method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and there are no open bets or ongoing investigations.

44br may terminate or suspend an account unilaterally in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination due to a violation, the bonus balance is canceled and the real-money balance may be withheld during the investigation period.

14. Changes to These Terms

44br reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
